‘Babul Mora’ is a thumri written by Wajid Ali Shah (last nawab of Awadh) when he was exiled to Metiabruz from Lucknow. Numerous singers have lent their voices to this composition including the legendary Ustad Faiyaz Khan of Agra Gharana.
